The role will involve maintaining both domestic and commercial fields and gardens. A keen interest in Horticulture and/or landscaping is desirable.

Managing and motivating a team of staff. Product display and merchandising of stock. Providing excellent customer service and giving good advice to customers.

You will have a positive and sensitive approach to supporting people with activities and enjoy helping people learn and explore new things.
