You're 18 or older and keep calm under pressure. You are fully flexible across the week and able to work a mixture of opening and closing shifts.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues both in the kitchen and in other departments. Care for cleaning equipment and materials.
Previous knowledge in a similar role with some restaurant knowledge. Must have good spoken English. 28 days paid holiday per year.
