Clean and sanitise the kitchen floor and all other floors in the kitchen when necessary. Clean and disinfect kitchen appliances and equipment.
The role will include learning all sections on the cook line. Experience is required but further training will be provided.
Previous experience in a similar role: Experience in a luxury venue would be a distinct advantage; Ability to work under pressure and be flexible;
Keep kitchen clean, tidy and hygienic at all times. Work safely around kitchen equipment and monitor and deal with any maintenance issues.
