CLEANING POTS, PANS, DISHES AND PLATES READY FOR SERVICE. ASSISTING IN PREPARATION AND SERVICE OF DESSERTS. KEEPING ALL KITCHEN AND STORE AREAS CLEAN & TIDY.
The role will include learning all sections on the cook line. Experience is required but further training will be provided.
Previous experience in a similar role: Experience in a luxury venue would be a distinct advantage; Ability to work under pressure and be flexible;
Keep kitchen clean, tidy and hygienic at all times. Work safely around kitchen equipment and monitor and deal with any maintenance issues.
