KFC Restaurant General Manager

What will my role look like? We don’t need to tell you what KFC is because we know you have already tried, tested and love our Kentucky Fried Chicken! This insane fast food brand has a place in all of our hearts, our famous products speak for themselves and our premium secret ingredients, signature recipes and finger licking chicken served by the kindest, friendliest employees is what keeps our customers content and coming back for more… As a KFC Restaurant Manager you are the leader of your busy store and will be supported by an enthusiastic passionate team of around 40-60 colleagues! Because our restaurants are so popular it is important that you lead your team to meet customer demands and deliver amazing customer service in this quick fast food environment. It takes commitment, hard work and dedication to be a successful Restaurant Manager but don’t be fooled, this doesn’t mean you can’t have fun and enjoy the benefits and rewards that this role brings. You are in charge of all aspects of the store including motivating, coaching and training your team, meeting sales and profitability targets, banking and finance duties, stock take and deliveries, ensuring the store looks vibrant and has a great atmosphere and most importantly ensuring the team delivers exceptional customer service every time. What would my main responsibilities be? • Coach, mentor and motivate the team to achieve amazing results and delegate tasks • Look to drive sales and meet targets • Recruit new colleagues and ensure they are made to feel welcome and trained to the highest standards • Complete administration, stock take and banking / finance duties • Ensure you and your team provide a fantastic customer service experience • Be happy, friendly, smile and have fun • Ensure our famous chicken is cooked and served exactly how the colonel intended • Ensure that our restaurants look presentable and vibrant Do I have what it takes? Of course you do! Naturally this is a role that requires some previous catering / fast food / hospitality management experience but we will upskill you and ensure you are trained on all aspects of the role.
