Junior Engineer (Refrigeration/ Air Conditioning/ Chillers) Reading - local patch £25,000 - £30,000 + Training + Progression + Overtime + Vehicle Are you a junior engineer with basic experience in either refrigeration, AC, or chillers looking to progress your career? On offer is a role that will involve extensive training to allow you to progress to a fully qualified engineer and beyond, with clear structures and targets to manage your continual growth. This company are well-established, industry leaders who provide manufacturing, installation and maintenance services to both domestic and commercial marketplaces. In this role you will be field based around the Reading and surrounding areas to provide maintenance and servicing of refrigeration, chillers and air conditioning units. You will be paid door to door with any additional hours worked counting as overtime. The ideal candidate will have some experience in either refrigeration, chillers, or A/C units and a valid f-gas certificate. Knowledge of all is not required as extensive training will be provided to make you multiskilled and to progress into a fully qualified engineer.
