The team advise on a full range of commercial matters including procurement, complex contract drafting and negotiation. This highly ranked team work with a broad range of clients including large household name corporates, leading technology companies and media agencies. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to manage their own client base. Technology, IP and media experience is preferred but not essential. The ideal candidate will be expected to: Have relevant experience in commercial law; Be a qualified solicitor in England & Wales from 2-6 years' PQE; Have trained at a regional or national law firm; Have a solid academic record.
