Description The role of Interim HR Manager will form part of a wider HR team but you will take sole responsibility for all generalist HR duties on-site at the operations plant in Rugeley. This is an exciting role, working closely alongside the operations stakeholders, to really shape the culture and add value to an organisation. You will be responsible for: All employee relations casework on-siteSupporting with smooth recruitment processesProviding advice and support to all operational stakeholders Ensuring all HR reporting is accurate and timelyWork closely alongside operational manager to train and support to ensure they can successfully manage any People issues Profile Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven generalist HR background. Essential you will have working knowledge of a manufacturing/distribution environment. You will have the confidence and capability to dealing with challenging conversations and really influence change. You will be comfortable working autonomously.
