About The Role Critical purpose of the role; Identify and source quality Kitchen Installers Conduct works inspections in line with Wren Installer standards Coach and engage with Installers on site regarding the Wren Way and compliance to regulations and legislation Ensure enough quality Installer availability to meet forecast business requirement Locating Installers to meet installation demand as required Main responsibilities; Recruiting quality Installers to work for Wren Conduct pre-recruitment installation quality inspections of prospective Installers Conduct installation quality audits visits as required both pre-recruitment and during ongoing installations Coach Installers on site regarding the Wren Way and compliance to regulations and legislation Engage with Installers to ensure conformance to Wren Way standards for Installers Provide regular feedback to relevant stakeholders around recruitment of Installers Identify and provide Installer to meet scheduled installation requirement Undertake the agreed processes for effective communication to Installers and field personnel Attendance at Installer workshops, forums and conferences as required Maintain accurate records of day-to-day activities as required by policy and procedures About You Desired skills & knowledge; Knowledge and experience of kitchen installation and legislation Experience working and engaging with 3rd party Sub-Contractors and Installers Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal Attention to details and ability to deliver results Computer and IT Literate Previous customer facing or service experience
