This exciting opportunity has arisen within Industrial Disease & Personal Injury law. This firm, based in Taunton, is looking to recruit a fee earner with industrial disease experience. Applications are welcome from non-qualified candidates as well as qualified solicitors and legal executives. In this role, you will work within the industrial disease team and assist on high value matters whilst also handling your own industrial disease caseload. Unusually, this position could also include handling some broader personal injury matters to include RTA, EL & PL work, so no two days will be the same! You will join this busy and successful team with future progression opportunities to advise on more complex and technical matters. This is a full-time position where you can progress your personal injury career within a highly successful, friendly and encouraging team environment in Somerset. Currently you will be mostly working from home, but can continue an element of home-working each week even once restrictions are lifted. For experienced fee earners there may be the option to work almost entirely from home, but you should still live in the South West region.
