Full working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook. Developing and up to date knowledge of Employment Law and HR best practice.
The candidate should ideally have experience of working in a school environment supporting classes with an enthusiasm for improving students learning.
This role may involve some out of hours work. Act as single point of contact within unit for specialist area of work as required.
There will also be a requirement to work shifts in the community and work flexibly across both teams as needed.*. A compassionate and reflective approach.
