CDS Recruitment Limited are working with our client who operate within the Manufacturing/Engineering Sector and are looking to recruit an HR Advisor on a permanent basis. The role will involve working closely with the HR Manager, carrying out the following:- * Supporting HR Manager on a day to day basis covering 3 sites * Offering Guidance to employees on holidays, sickness etc * Managing Time & Attendance for all employees * Managing Lease/Hire Cars for all internal employees * Creating Excel and Power-point presentations to support the HR Manager * Assisting with the implementation and communication of all new HR Policies throughout the business * Any other administrative duties as and when required * Attending HR Related meetings with the HR Manger including disciplinaries, interviews etc.. You must have a background in HR within the Engineering/Manufacturing Sectors and a minimum CIPD Level 7.
