This is a fantastic role for an experienced HR Advisor looking to add value to a business. The role will be fast-paced and no day is the same! Your new role As an HR Advisor you will be responsible for providing advice & assistance on policies, procedures and legislation. You will be consulting on workplace relations, performance management and advising on employee relations cases. Upskilling & Coaching Managers to drive high performance. Facilitating HR sessions on new starter inductions. Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes, practices and customs. You will be maintaining HR data for complex cases within HR. You will be dealing with Flexible Working Requests, Probationary Reviews and Occupational Health Referrals and all associated correspondence. You will be responsible for the maintenance of weekly HR metrics. Advising and resolving complex payroll queries and updating & reviewing monthly payroll data and general payroll sign-off administration including verification. What you'll need to succeed In order to be considered for this role you will need to be available on short notice, have previous proven HR Advisor experience. You will have the ability to prioritise & manage high volumes of employee queries, ER cases and requests from various sources across the business. Proven experience at working within a constantly changing environment. Ability to research/analyse & reason information in tight/conflicting timeframes.
