HR Advisor Temporary circa 6-8 months Multi-siteThe following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.- Nottinghamshire and Luton Client Details Page Personnel are supporting a leading manufacturing business with the appointment of a temporary (Circa 6-8 months) HR Advisor to join a busy generalist team across 2 sites- North Nottinghamshire and Luton.This role will be based predominantly in the office with regular travel to both sites.Description Reporting to a Group HR Manager, this HR Advisor role is a varied and generalist position dealing with end-to-end HR issues for both sites in North Nottinghamshire and Luton.The role will include, but not limited to: Support recruitment needs for both sites Take responsibility for employee relations casework Work with stakeholders to ensure HR policies and procedures are met HR reporting and KPIs Ensure all staff files are maintained accurately Ensure all HR administration duties are completed accurately Profile Ideal candidates will be happy to work at a busy manufacturing site and travel frequently between North Nottinghamshire and Luton.You will have a proven background in a similar role.You will also be comfortable dealing with HR administration duties alongside advisory work.You will also be committed and prepare to stay for the length of the assignment.Job Offer Up to &163;35000 Circa 6-8 months- possible scope for longer
