Coordinate the new starter process, by issues contracts, completing right to work checks, associated documents and updating all internal systems.
You will have a customer centric approach to your accounts and be comfortable challenging your customers to do things differently.
\*Previous work on construction / building sector or civil engineering / infrastructure projects. \*Previous work in a Quality manager or similar role.
Focus on the reduction of cost associated with hiring, whilst generating the best possible calibre of candidate. Good understanding of employment legislation.
