​An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the School of Professional and Community Learning, CIPD teaching team.We are looking for a well-qualified professional to teach up to Level 5 and Level 7 CIPD programmes. Ideally you should be educated to post-graduate level to enable you to teach up to Level 7. You must have substantial HR industry experience and a desire to pass this knowledge and experience on to our CIPD students. You will need to be confident in the delivery and assessment of the core and specialist modules included in these qualifications.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work flexibly to ensure the progress and achievement of both learners and apprentices.You will join an expert, well-established teaching team. Ideally, you will hold a recognised teaching qualification, although full training is available if you are not yet qualified.This is an hourly paid position, working approx. 10 hours a week with a start date of September 2021.The closing date for applications Monday 12 April 2021.We intend to hold interviews on Wednesday 21 April 2021.The successful candidate will join the Professional and Community Learning team.
