Specialising in all sectors of installation and maintenance from domestic to commercial and industrial. Gas, heating and plumbing works from boiler replacements, commercial boiler services to full central heating installs and large scale install/maintenance works.Responsibilities will include: * Carrying out plumbing/gas installations/maintenance across all different sectors from commercial to residential. * Servicing domestic commercial boilers/plant rooms * Installation of heating systems, LPHW, gas installations and a wide range of commercial works.Person Specification * Commercial Gas/Gas Safe etc and level 3 plumbing heating preferable Would consider putting the right applicant through commercial courses. * Must be competent and experienced. * Knowledge of test and inspection procedures/servicing fault finding * Must be able to work alone and within a team. * Possess good communication skills and represent the Company in a professional manner, particularly when on customers premises in terms of dress, attitude and work practices. * Fully apprentice trained * Hold a full clean UK driving licence. * Full uniform and PPE will be provided, along with a Company van. * Refresher courses, H S courses and relevant accreditations paid for.This role can be started on a Sub-Contractor basis progressing to full time PAYE ideally Great rates of pay dependent on qualifications and experience.
