You will assist in the delivery of all pharmacy services where appropriate. You will be an ambassador for Rowlands Pharmacy serving the community and interacting with customers on a day to day basis.What we need from you...You will have a NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or accredited equivalent course along with a MCA qualification or a willingness to train to achieve these qualification in house.Essential:Experience of working in a customer focused environmentUnderstanding of confidentialityEnsuring accurate handling of medicinesAble to demonstrate self-motivation & initiativeGood interpersonal skillsAbility to prioritise work loadAbility to work to deadlinesDesirable:Customer Service TrainingThe hours of the role are:21 per week - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 12.30pm-5.30pm, Saturday(1in3) 9am-12pm
