Job Duties: Work under the supervision of nursing / senior care staff as part of a team to deliver excellent standards of care to residents. Health Care is provided in accordance with individual care plans for each resident, promoting privacy, dignity whilst enhancing independence, rehabilitation and recognition of personal choice. Qualifications / Experience: Experience of working in a nursing home environment is desirable but not essential as we welcome your enthusiasm to our valued team.
