The business has multiple sites in the North West of England are looking to recruit and experienced Health and Safety Manager.The client is looking for an experienced Health and Safety manager to oversee three sites for the business.The candidate will be responsible for implementing Health and Safety practices within the group, ensuring compliance with current legislation.The business is a dominant leader within their field and want to ensure they have the best possible processes across the group.The client works in a heavy industrial environment such as Quarry’s, Construction sites and Ports.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large business with exposure of multiple environments, they are an established business that can offer excellent training and progression.The Role Implement & Promote best H&S Practice throughout regional business Identify and implement continuous improvements Report at board/ senior management level Review & Update all H&S policies annually.Risk Assessments & SWP’s reviewed at appropriate intervals The Candidate Preferably Nebosh Diploma qualified/working towards.Would accept Nebosh Strong H&S background.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience.Experience in developing H&S KPI’s and driving compliance.Experience in engineering, construction or manufacturing sectors Strong leadership skills
