The business has multiple sites in the North West of England are looking to recruit and experienced Health and Safety Manager.The client is looking for an experienced Health and Safety manager to oversee three sites for the business. The candidate will be responsible for implementing Health and Safety practices within the group, ensuring compliance with current legislation.The business is a dominant leader within their field and want to ensure they have the best possible processes across the group. The client works in a heavy industrial environment such as Quarry’s, Construction sites and Ports.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large business with exposure of multiple environments, they are an established business that can offer excellent training and progression.The RoleImplement & Promote best H&S Practice throughout regional businessIdentify and implement continuous improvementsReport at board/ senior management levelReview & Update all H&S policies annually.Risk Assessments & SWP’s reviewed at appropriate intervalsThe CandidatePreferably Nebosh Diploma qualified/working towards. Would accept NeboshStrong H&S background. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience.Experience in developing H&S KPI’s and driving compliance.Experience in engineering, construction or manufacturing sectorsStrong leadership skills
