Co-ordinating market survey data and ensuring appropriate reward governance/sign-off for new hires/commitments.
Liaise with potential sign-ups via social media, email or video calls. Ensure follow-ups with potential sign-ups are met. Ideally educated to degree level.
Review and sign off on creative for PM channels, working closely with the Creative director to maximise ad impact. A love of data and problem solving.
