To operate the heating and hot water system. Complete appropriate records, e.g. heating/safety checks, order forms. Liaise with contractors as necessary.
Installation and commissioning central heating systems. Servicing, maintenance, alterations and repair of central heating systems.
Individual refurbishment and development projects to public, private and community buildings,. Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) installation and maintenance.
