Our client is recruiting a full time experienced Handyman/Gardener on a permanent basis to provide ongoing property maintenance and gardening duties to support the upkeep of family homes in and around some East Northants villages, as well as occasional trips to another property in London and the East coast.Duties will include a wide variety of gardening maintenance duties including mowing lawns, cutting hedges, garden clearance and other adhoc garden duties. The handyman duties will include various minor property repairs i.e. changing a toilet seat, replacing bulbs, touch up painting, minor fence/gate repairs (electrical experience welcome) and other general repairs.The successful candidate will have previous, relevant experience and possess a full UK driving licence. A Company van will be provided. Reliability, flexibility, trustworthiness and confidentiality are absolutely essential for this position.
