We are looking for a local person with experience as a handyman to proactively oversee and also carry out the maintenance for our small residential and commercial property company all based on our estate in Alderley Edge. You will be required to identifying and prioritise maintenance work, and carrying out said work where required or directing and supervising subcontractors to do so. A good knowledge of DIY required. We are looking for a committed person who is used to working on their own initiative. Duties will include decorating, basic carpentry skills to fix things, basic plumbing and all round home type fixing skills, general outside laboring and tidying and lawn mowing.We are looking for a committed person who can work on their own initiative. This is a self-employed role with plenty of scope for the right person to develop within the business. Own tools an advantage.Part time on Monday's and Friday's. Approx 12 hours per week. Driving license required.
