Safety measures - fitting smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors and grab rails. Security - door and window locks, door chains and door viewers.
Monitor fire alarms, intruder alarms as appropriate. Conduct external and internal security patrols. Investigate the cause of all fire alarm activations.
Repair and maintenance of security systems, such as access control, CCTV and alarms. Sound knowledge of the security industry.
To respond to any alarm calls including Ramtech alarm system (full training will be provided). To maintain security log in a proper and factual fashion.
