Project/Senior Quantity Surveyor Your new company A leading house builder are looking to bring their groundwork's operation in house. As a result, you will playa key role in putting together cost plans and taking commercial responsibility for the delivery of roads, sewers and drainage on new build housing sites across the North West. This is an exciting period of growth for the business, who have a large volume of sites live and coming through planning. Your new role You will take responsibility for pricing and surveying in house groundworks packages, including roads, sewers and drainage on large new build housing sites across the North West What you'll need to succeed Quantity Surveyors at any level of experience, with a background working for a groundworks subcontractor or civil engineering contractor with experience of house building civils will be considered for this role.
