This role will work closely with leaders in each zone to develop and execute programs that drive a best in class Customer Experience.
Experience of a variety of sectors, particularly organisations with dispersed, customer-facing teams (construction / civil engineering not essential).
Ability to work with complex technical subject matter and experts; use of analytics to develop insights and improve ways of working.
The post is for 37 hours per week and requests to work flexibly will be considered, taking into account business needs. Per annum (pro rata for part-time).
