Painting, decorating and minor repairs such as tiling and joinery, whilst not essential would be an advantage. Minor repairs such as tiling and joinery.
Cutting of grass using ride on and push lawnmower. General maintenance eg fence mending / gutter clearing. Cleaning of buildings (interior & exterior).
General practical skills and/or maintenance experience including but not limited to basic plumbing and decorating. Role: * Part-Time (24 Hours per week).
The role will involve attending to maintenance issues throughout the Resort, including plumbing, decorating, and joinery. Previous experience Managing a team.
