We are currently looking for an immediate start commercial handyman with electrical and ideally plumbing experience.The work will be working within the justice centres in Warwick (due to this you will need to be willing to undertake a full police background check)We are looking for someone with electrical qualifications including 18th Edition, preferably with some plumbing qualifications, anything else would be a bonus.All skills (electrical & plumbing) need to be qualified by a valid qualification certificate. Years of experience do count but unfortunately, our contract states that we need to be able to show the client qualifications for the trades that we employ staff for.Salary £25K - £28K Dependent on experience with plenty of overtime available.On-call rota every other week. £50 per week on call retainer (£1,300). Mileage to and from site and min 2hrs overtime per call out.We are not looking for someone super qualified but we do need someone who is not scared of getting their hands dirty as this role will include blocked sinks, toilets, dripping taps, door closers repairs, minor cosmetic building repairs etc. Basically, not someone who thinks these tasks are below the trades that they have qualified for.Please contact Mathew Maddison at Adecco on 0116 253 0516
