You will be required to work 38 weeks per year and have 4.6 weeks annual leave entitlement. The shift pattern is from 10:00am to 2:00pm.
Preparation and control of the kitchen line. Management and preparation of foodstuffs. Maintenance of required safety standards.
Whilst working in our kitchens no 2 days will be the same and you’ll be able to develop your skills with a variety of dishes and menus.
As a Kitchen Porter at this prestigious London Hotel, you will be expected to work between 10 and 12 hours per day, 4 - 5 days per week.
