Morgan Hunt are working with a leading college in Barnet to employ an experienced Gas professional for their gas/plumbing lecturer role. The role is not currently live but the college are looking to put together a shortlist of candidates for when they re-open. This position will be ongoing and full time. The position will involve delivering and assessing C&G apprentice's on site and in the classroom.The right candidate will have recent experience in assessing Gas, up to date gas qualifications and an assessor award.The Gas/plumbing Lecturer will be responsible for:Ensure the initial assessment process is completed to the company standard and evidence provided to support candidate file and funding auditsEnsure caseload completes the apprenticeship programme and are ready for their relevant EPA, which includes meeting targets set on the learning plan, co-ordinating Functional Skills with the tutor, Workshop Attendance, e-learning modules and any candidate documentation requiredWork with candidates to complete the apprenticeship programme by using technology including electronic portfolio and e-learning resourcesThe Gas/plumbing Lecturer will need to have:Good formal level of education with general qualification passesIdeally have recent experience of working in an educational/learning environmentHave worked in an assessor roleUp to date gas qualificationsThe ability to liaise with staff and people at all levels (internal and external)Ability to work without close supervisionAbility to work with attention to detailFlexibility and responsiveness to working hours, patterns and arrangementsIf you feel you'd be great for a Gas/plumbing Lecturer role in Barnet, apply and send over a CV today.Morgan Hunt is a multi-award-winning recruitment business for interim, contract and temporary recruitment and acts as an Employment Agency in relation to permanent vacancies.
