Job Role: Gas Safe Installation ManagerSalary: £40-£50kLocation: West YorkshireOverviewWe have an exciting opportunity for a Gas Safe Installation Manager to join a company team based in West Yorkshire.The company are an installer of energy efficient improvements for homes and businesses, specialising in the installation of new A-rated boilers. They also offer care plans to their customers covering their new boiler and central heating system once the works have been completed.As part of your role, you will be the main port of call for all installation queries, ensuring the efficient running of day-to-day operations. You will be predominantly office based but occasional site visits will be required.Responsibilities * Managing employed engineers and network of sub-contractors * Providing technical support to the sales and maintenance divisions * Completing daily desktop surveys / assessments * Managing internal operations team and implementing processes to maximise productivity * Overseeing daily / weekly installation schedule to maximise productivity * Recruitment of new engineers and completing interviews / inductions accordingly * Quality control management * Weekly internal engineer audits and organisation of independent audits from a 3rd party * Shared responsibility for Gas Safe / OfTEC accreditations * Product review responsibility on a monthly basis * Monitoring installer time sheets for both employed and sub-contract agency staffSkills * Minimum of 5 years Gas Safe experience * OfTEC experience would be advantageous * Proven facilitation / management experience * Demonstrable analytical / problem solving skills * Demonstrable time / project management in practice * Attention to detail * Excellent organisational and time management skills * Ability to work well both individually and as part of a team * Excellent written and numerical skills * Excellent communication skills * Computer literate with a good understanding of Microsoft Office softwareBenefits * PAYE Permanent employment * Company vehicle and fuel card * Company uniform * Company insurance and Gas Safe registration * Company phone or phone allowance * Company tabletAdditional Details * Start Date: Immediate * Salary: Negotiable (Package / salary negotiable depending on experience)Role: Gas Installation Manager Job Type: PermanentLocation: Bradford, West Yorkshire, Apply for this job now.
