Owning the customer journey and ensuring a ‘right first time’ attitude in everything you do. * Complete boiler and heating installations to a high standard * To build effective relationships with B2C and B2B clients * To be able to demonstrate up to date knowledge of the company’s products and services to assist with customer interaction * To provide a sufficient handover to the customer to ensure an understanding of the operation * Good communication skills for effective relationship building with internal customers and other stakeholders * Ability to undertake gas and plumbing works to a consistently high standard and in a high-pressure environment * Excellent attention to detail * Flexible approach to types of work required to undertake * Gas Safe Qualified with a minimum of CCN1, CENWAT, CPA1 and preferable HTR1, WAT1 and CKR1 * A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a similar role, a driving licence is also a requirement of this roleAmazing Career Progression…Join a growing business that specialises in providing heating systems to customers across the UK.
