So as the Gardener what do you need to do to make this happen?*Be able to operate the ride on mower and keep the grass areas, around the Home, neat and trimmed.*Keep the flower beds and pots maintained and flowering to reflect the seasons.* Keep the drive ways and car parks as free from leaves as possible in the Autumn/Winter*Positively influence the reputation of the home by creating a welcoming, colourful and well maintained first impression. Job Requirements In order to be a Gardener you should have:-A strong passion and commitment to enhance the specialist services we deliver. -A positive and flexible attitude, exhibiting a desire to make a difference. -An ability to drive the ride on mower. The successful candidate will be physically fit due to the home having a large garden consisting of grass, flower beds and pots.
