Essential: at least two years’ experience in a busy kitchen. The position is full-time, with shifts usually starting at 10am and finishing at 8pm.

The job includes, doing the dishes, helping the chefs with basic prep jobs, maintaining a high level of cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
