You will be responsible for prevention and collection of former tenant arrears as well as reconciling accounts and refunding credits when tenancies end.
Part Time - 3 days Per Week. You will need to be fully conversant with the latest Payroll Legislation. You will need to able to work autonomously.
The hours are flexible, which means you’re able to fit the role in around other commitments including childcare or studying. Part-time hours: 40 per week.
