Job Duties:Key Duties/Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:Take delivery of goods into the yard with the use of forklifts where requiredEnsure the safe loading and off-loading of vehicles collecting and delivering to and from the yardEnsure that goods are checked off in an accurate and timely manner checking for damages and correct quantity and that records are updated accordinglyManage inventory, including storing, labelling, locating parts, recording and communicating inventory levels and triggering top up orders were necessaryMove material/items between different stages of the production process ensuring smooth production flow and avoiding disruptions/delaysEnsure all orders are ready for internal and external dispatch with required labelling and paperworkAssist drivers to ensure all materials are secure on vehiclesManage the skips on siteQualifications / Experience:Essential Criteria:A valid forklift licenceExperienced with a variety of tools materials and equipment.Experience of working on own initiative and acting to resolve any issues impacting upon your performance.Strong team player with the ability to communicate effectively
