Manage contractors including specialist hard services, fire systems, lifts, hygiene, waste management and all outsourced services.
Be excellent at organisation and risk management. Have process or operational management experience with skills in engineering, H&S and stakeholder engagement.
You will be required to process fault-finding and suitable rectification by first fix, raising issues to maintenance or management as required.
Ensuring management tools and reports are kept up to date. Weekly huddles with management team to monitor performance, priorities and balance work.
