Floating Support Worker - Homelessness - Part Time Your new company Hays are currently recruiting for an experienced Floating Support Worker to support vulnerable customers across the Stoke on Trent area, on a temporary part time basis. Your new role Your new job will be acting as Floating Support Worker for the company, providing advice and support to vulnerable customers who maybe suffering from homelessness, substance misuse etc. You will manage your own caseload of customers, promoting tenancies, signposting to services / agencies etc. What you'll need to succeed In order to be considered for the role, you must have proven experience in a similar role, specifically with a background of working with customers facing substance misuse and homelessness issues. Furthermore, as this is a floating role you must be able to drive with the appropriate business insurance. What you'll get in return In return, you will receive a part time contract working 3 days per week (22.5 hours) with a competitive rate of pay. This is a temporary contract expected to last until the end of March.
