Flat roofing Quantity Surveyor required in Essex/LondonGVR Solutions are currently representing a well-established sub-contractor who undertake both flat and pitched roofing contracts on new build and refurbishment projects across London and surrounding areas. They are seeking a Quantity Surveyor with experience in Flat roofing to join their commercial team.Their package values range from £10k - £2m and they work for main contractors, housing associations and local councils.Surveyor, preferably with some Estimating experience working with Flat Roofing Systems such as Single Ply, Liquid Applied Membranes, Felt, Green Roofs and Built up Roofing.Applicants for the Flat roofing Quantity Surveyor role will: * Have a good knowledge of the flat roofing market and you will be ambitious and dynamic * Have the desire to build upon your current knowledge and experience * You will be working on more than one projects at any one time with a value ranging from £10K - £2m * Typically, you will be working across housing association, Educational Facilities, Industrial Buildings * The day to day duties of the position will include monthly valuations, CVR’s, measurement, sub contract procurement, valuing variations and overall responsibility for the commercial function on both main and sub contractor projects.If you are interested in the Quantity Surveyor position, then please get in touch
