The role holder manages Mace’s talent and development offering and ad hoc projects, working with colleagues at all levels. Line management of 1-2 team members.

Developing good working relationships with the client, design team and supply chain by promoting best practice throughout the whole construction process.

Good knowledge of construction industry technical matters, such as different procurement routes, value management and value engineering.
