Network installation and configuration (need to be computer literate). This would be 1 week in 3 inclusive of weekends. Provide on-call cover if required.
You'll assume full responsibility for managing their projects, and managing the consultants who are assisting on these projects.
Help co-ordinate systems integration test with other teams in UAT and dictate success criteria for support requirements that are defined.
