Fencing ManagerForth Valley Fencing (Subsidiary company of Marshall Construction) are seeking an experienced Fencing Manager to integrate into the existing business to work on new and existing client’s sites.This a permanent, full time position based out of Marshall Construction’s Head Office in Alloa.The right candidate must have experience of both metal and timber fencing installations and be capable of both estimating the works as well as planning and organising the labour to carry out the works.Typical Duties shall include:·        Liaising with new and existing clients to establish scope of works.·        Estimating and tendering for works in close liaison with the Estimating and Quantity Surveying Department of the business.·        Providing schedules of materials for requisition through Buying Department.·        Produce and provide all necessary Health and Safety information to installation teams such as Method Statements, Risk Assessment, existing service drawings, Permits to Dig.·        Management and direct supervision of the installation teams including labour allocation, briefing scope of works to supervisors and carrying out quality control checks of the fencing installations.·        Monitoring costs of the works including liaising with the Quantity Surveyors and Accounts Department to ensure works are invoiced in a timely manner.Qualifications Required·        CSCS Fencer·        Full Driving Licence·        SMSTS
