As a Family Support Worker, you would work with families on a day-to-day basis and provide detailed assessments. The role would involve observing and recording interactions, promoting positive parenting, and working alongside other professionals to provide advice and guidance. As well as the competitive benefits package we offer as an agency, you also have the added benefit of being in control of your own rota as we can offer you shifts based on your availability and can fit round any other commitments you may have.Successful candidates will have a minimum of six months practical experience within the care sector. Being a driver with access to your own vehicle is desirable but not essential.
