Additional earnings available through overtime. 4% bonus, subject to achievement of targets. Van (with option for personal use) and fuel card.
Basic plumbing: Unblocking, fixing leaks, replacing taps/sinks/toilets. Basic carpentry: Doors, headboards, desktops.
You must have a lot of experience with all the above in a quick and efficient manner. You must be tidy and the brickwork has to be clean with quality finishing.
