Estimator Scheduler and Customer Service Liaison

Estimator, Scheduler and Customer Service Administrator Cheltenham Permanent I am looking for an Administrator with Estimator, Scheduler and Customer Service Experience to join a successful family run business based in Cheltenham with an immediate start.We are looking for a candidate who can utilise their previous Estimator, Scheduler and administration skills to provide excellent Customer Service to my clients stake holders. The ideal candidate will be a confident multi-tasking, self-motivated with a methodical approach to work and strong administration skill. Well organised, with a proactive attitude to problem solving, and someone who can manage their own workload effectively. Must be able to demonstrate that they are a committed individual and willing to learn new tasks with excellent attention to detail contributing to our family owned and managed business Responsibilities of the Estimator, Scheduler and Customer Service Administrator:• Responding quickly to estimate requests via telephone and email, in order to understand the customer requirement and identify sales opportunities• Confident negotiating skills and communicator, both written and in person• Contacting existing customers to manage accounts and forge relationships• Discussing proposals with customers via telephone to answer any technical questions and where necessary following up via email• Working closely with other members of the team to provide updates and communication relating to enquiries• Updating and maintaining customer contact details, processing files and customer accounts• Manage your own projects ensuring processes and deadlines are met and problem solving any potential issues are dealt with• Communicate special requirements and ensure they are carried out, and any additional costs involved are approved in writing• Ensure internal records and spreadsheets are continually updated• Ensure internal control documents are continually updated• Work with suppliers to ensure quality standards are met, without jeopardising the schedule Requirements to become the Estimator, Scheduler and Customer Service Administrator:• Experienced in Customer Service / Sales / Scheduling related role• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal• Excellent working knowledge of Excel• Experienced in Sage accounting• Capable of invoice processing and the preparation of proposals• Able to process month invoicing and to include understanding and providing work in progress for the accounts team• Have the ability to prioritise and resolve on a needs basis rather than a first come first served, ensuring customer satisfaction is always maintained• Good communication skills liaising with departments ensuring on time shipments and cost-effective results• Works well under pressure and able to communicate at all levels• Manage weekly vehicle checks and communicate any issues for further attention• Possess the enthusiasm to respond to the pace of the department and enjoy being part of a busy friendly team.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-recognised company during a key period.To apply or for more information please call Ellis Mears on 01452 507 500 or email ellis.mears@pertemps.co.uk
