Our client is an industrial and commercial roofing and cladding contractor who tends to work on high-end commercial projects and high-value industrial projects, working with Single-Ply, Rainscreen, Composite Panel & Standing Seam systems. Due to continued growth and multiple new contract wins, McCormack Partners are now assisting in the expansion of the Glasgow HQ and the Manchester office with immediate effect. Role: * To assist with the submission of new tenders. * Pricing projects in Scotland and the North of England to secure new business. * Attending first pre-award meetings. * Carrying out accurate take offs. * Producing BOQs and initial project budgets. * Obtaining quotes and negotiating rates. Person: * Must have relevant Estimating experience in the construction industry, specifically within the roofing/cladding and façades sector. * Must be proactive around deadlines. * Able to "hit the ground running" in your new role.
