Estimator required for Civil Engineering & Utilities contractor SSA are currently recruiting for a Civil Engineering & Utilities contractor who cover Water, Telecoms, & Power projects across the South East.Be one of the first applicants - read the complete overview of the role below, then send your application for consideration.They currently turn over around £80m per year, and are looking to bring in an Estimator to help support their Bidding function.The estimator will work closely with the project teams to price works from first principles and produce detailed estimates across all business units.Essential Criteria * Successful delivery of tenders on a wide range of projects * Have experience of various construction methods * Experience of controlling costs, timing and quality in line with targets * Experience of reading and accurately interpreting drawings and technical specifications * Good standard of mathematical ability * Successful procurement experience.* A strong working knowledge of MS Excel * Experience in Re-measurement of high risk packages and key trades.* Valid driving licence
