Estates Team Co-ordinator

Our belief in people and what they can achieve.Your role at Orbit.12 month contract availableWe are looking for an experienced administrator/coordinator to join our busy Estates team. This team is responsible for maintaining the Estates in and around our customers’ properties, and so the Team Coordinator position will be extremely varied across all aspects of this.This is a support-based role, assisting the contracts manager in all aspects of the contracts as well as the fleet, running reports and monitoring information regarding this. You will also support the Head of Estates, Contract Manager and the wider Estates team. The role will involve pulling monthly data reports for checking, coordinating the wider team to complete works on time and collate information as required, as well as liaising with contractors to arrange completion of additional works, variation orders and payments, and other administrative support for the Head of Estates and wider network.What will help you make a difference. Experience in a busy and varied coordinator/administrator/assistant roleExcellent written and verbal communication to liaise with others throughout the departmentExperience with Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel for pulling and collating large amounts of complex dataExperience of any other CRM or payment systemsGreat attention to detail, and to be proactive in problem solvingGood understanding of the challenges that estates related functions bring and a problem solving attitude to address process and performance related problems We know that an inclusive environment makes us more accessible and ensures we attract, engage, promote and retain great people.
